JackPLUG radio hits the airwaves

Glynn Vivian’s Learning Officer, Tom Goddard, has been working with participants from Swansea Drugs Project on a series of recorded discussion programmes via free online radio podcasting site, Spreaker.

‘JackPLUG’ is the underground voice of Swansea and provides topical debate and opinion on current and cultural events, discussing the issues that affect and influence.

The participants work on every aspect of the podcast, from concept to broadcasting and are currently working to develop their live site.

This week, Ceri and John discuss the merits of film making in the UK and the future of the British film industry.  Listen for free here!

This project is part of the Glynn Vivian Art Gallery offsite activities and is one of community engagement programmes that the Glynn Vivian team are delivering whilst the gallery is closed for redevelopment.
