Pupils from Ysgol Penybryn Visit New Tate Modern

On June 16th 2016, 10 pupils from Ysgol Penybryn travelled to London by train, for an event in the Tate Modern. Pupils were chosen according to their interest in art. We were able to explore the new areas of the gallery and admire the artwork. Our pupils particularly liked the model spider. One of our pupils makes his own creations from blu tack, one of which he took to show staff at the Tate-they were very impressed.

It was an amazing experience and we all really enjoyed the day-even the sun came out!
